THE OPPORTUNITY

Ministry Link connects faith-based technology companies with the pastors and church leaders they want to reach — through high-performance lead generation campaigns and four annual industry summits. We serve brands like Logos, Church Media Squad, Text in Church, Injoy Stewardship Solutions, and Parable Accounting. These are companies serious about the church market, and they trust Ministry Link to deliver.

We are growing. And we are looking for a General Manager to own that growth.

This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity in a market you already know and believe in. You will own the commercial operation end to end: driving new business, managing partner relationships, and leading a small team. Goals are set together with the founders each quarter, and from there you have full flexibility to run your own playbook to reach them. The founders stay closely accessible for strategy, deal counsel, and direction — you will have real support at your back.

THE ROLE

Revenue & Sales

  • ·Own the full sales cycle for ad campaign contracts — 3, 6, and 12-month packages
  • ·Sell summit sponsorship packages across four annual events
  • ·Build and manage a pipeline of qualified faith-based technology prospects
  • ·Close deals with SaaS companies, marketing agencies, and ministry service providers
  • ·Represent Ministry Link at industry conferences including ARC, Exponential, and NRB
  • ·Develop relationships with key decision-makers in the church technology space

Partner Success & Operations

  • ·Serve as primary contact for all active partners throughout their engagement
  • ·Ensure campaigns deliver on promised lead volume and quality; identify growth opportunities
  • ·Lead a two-person team: Operations Manager and Ad Manager
  • ·Monitor P&L, manage invoicing and collections, and maintain CRM and systems
  • ·Review performance data and optimize based on results
  • ·Participate in quarterly planning and goal-setting with the founders

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You will be measured on two things. First, revenue: hit ambitious annual targets through new contracts, renewals, and summit sponsorships. Second, operations: deliver campaigns on time with quality leads while keeping the team performing. Strong performers in this role earn $140,000 to $175,000+ in total annual compensation. Everything else is secondary.

WHO YOU ARE

The one non-negotiable for this role is direct experience in the church or ministry space. Not adjacent to it — inside it. Ministry Link sells to pastors and church leaders, and candidates without this cultural fluency have consistently struggled regardless of their sales ability. We are not willing to make that trade.

The ideal candidate has spent meaningful time on the vendor or supplier side of the church technology market — someone who has sold to pastors, built relationships with church staff, and understands what these organizations care about and how they make decisions. A church staff background is also considered for candidates who have made a genuine transition to commercial business thinking.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • ·5+ years in business development, sales, or general management
  • ·Direct experience in the church, ministry, or faith-based market
  • ·Proven track record closing $25K–$100K deals
  • ·Experience managing P&L or running a business unit
  • ·Ability to work independently and manage execution in a remote environment

WHAT MATTERS MOST

  • ·You close deals and follow through without being chased
  • ·You operate independently and take full ownership
  • ·You care about serving the church well — not just closing the deal

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $70,000

On-target earnings: $140,000–$175,000+ in year one for strong performers. Commission is uncapped and tiered, with higher rates unlocked as more inventory is sold. Bonuses apply for every 12-month partner contract closed.

Benefits include health insurance stipend, flexible remote schedule, and business travel and conference expenses covered.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply at ministrylinkpartners.com/apply with three things: your resume, a brief cover letter, and a video introduction of 3 minutes or less.

In your video, tell us who you are, where you have worked in the church or ministry market, and why this role makes sense for you right now. Submit a YouTube link or upload your video directly to the application page. No professional editing required — but your video should be presentable. Videos longer than 3 minutes will not be reviewed.

We are not looking for the longest resume. We are looking for the right fit.
